The Ultimate Challenge in Watchmaking – Vacheron Constantin Wuliu Series
Once again pushing the limits of watchmaking craftsmanship with the launch of the Vacheron Constantin Wuliu series.
Case: The most challenging aspect of case production lies in the irregular components at the junction of the middle case and bezel, with thicknesses as thin as 0.4 millimeters. During polishing and stamping, these parts are highly susceptible to deformation, requiring exceptionally high manufacturing precision. The yield rate is only 80%, showcasing the patience and perseverance of TW watchmakers.
Dial: The dual-tone dial undergoes multiple revisions to accurately replicate the original color scheme. Twelve premium indices are seamlessly integrated and CNC-cut for precision, featuring superb luminescence for optimal visibility even in darkness, leaving no detail overlooked.
Movement: TW independently developed the movement, closely mirroring the original structure for synchronization in winding, hand operation, and time adjustment, ensuring a tactile experience identical to the original.
Bracelet and Clasp: Embedded Italian calfskin strap paired with an original folding clasp seamlessly connects with the lugs, offering superior comfort and fit. The screw-in lug heads synchronize with the specialized track, epitomizing luxury and elegance.
