Inspired by racing car chassis, RICHARD MILLE integrated the skeletonized main plate and case into a unified design to significantly enhance shock resistance. To reduce weight, Richard Mille collaborated with North Thin Ply Technology to develop a hard-wearing “quartz fiber” ultra-light material for the case, resulting in a watch that weighs as light as a sheet of paper and exhibits a rugged Damascus steel-like texture.

The transparent case allows a clear view of the entire movement structure: a floating tourbillon at 6 o’clock and Richard Mille’s unique rapid rotating barrel at 12 o’clock, providing up to 52 hours of power reserve and increasing energy efficiency by 20% during initial winding.

The white bezel is fixed to the case with 12 grade 5 titanium screws and paired with an orange strap and red crown. For improved readability and recognition, the tips of the hour and minute hands are highlighted in bright orange-yellow.
